P6 went to The Big Dig at Woodvale Park where we worked alongside some archaeologists from Queens University looking for the old Manor House, Glenvale, built in the 18th century! We found some super artefacts including a tea cup and a bead from some jewellery! Big thanks to Queen's University for inviting us to join them. We had a fabulous time!

Lots of children have been enjoying Breakfast Club before the school day starts 🥣😋![]()

Our P1 class have settled so well at Springhill 🙌🏼 They have been making friends and learning new routines 👏😊
Springhill was listed in a post on the Highfield Facebook page referencing the Great British National Protest which contained false information about the School of Sanctuary status. ![]()

The allegations are absolute nonsense and I hope that our school community would realise that the safety of our children is paramount and we would not be involved in such inappropriate activities. It is complete scaremongering and causes undue panic and unnecessary mistrust within the community.![]()

We as a School of Sanctuary see this status as something to be celebrated as it means that ALL children in our care are seen, supported and nurtured.![]()

We had our final assembly of the year this morning 😊 Pupil of the Month and 100% Attendance Awards were given out 🙌🏼 Max, Ella and Alys were given their progress reports for playing the bassoon 🎵![]()
