On Friday the football team attended the Ajay Maxwell Memorial Tournament at Blythefield Primary School ⚽️ ![]()

The boys won each of the group matches and unfrotunately lost to Strandtown Primary in the semi-finals after a close encounter 👌🏼 ![]()

It was a great finish to the day with a win in the 3rd place play-off 😊 ![]()

Today we had our final assembly and we annouced the winners of the Easter bonnet/top hat competition, along with the colouring competition that was ran by the School Council 👒🎩![]()

We also had our Easter raffle 🍫💝
It was another action packed day at Delamont 🤩 ![]()

This morning we went to Strangford to get an ice-cream 🍦and also took part in a picture challenge 📸![]()

After a tasty lunch we did the same activities as yesterday afternoon but swapped over the groups - archery and wall-climbing 🏹🧗and the other group went to Tollymore to do the adventure walk 🌳🏞️![]()

With the wet weather in the evening, after dinner we had a multi-round quiz from Miss Fryer 🙌🏼👌🏼![]()

A few tired faces but another brilliant day 😄
What a great first day we have had at the P7 residential to Delamont 😄🙌🏼![]()

We started the day by getting a tour of the facilities and having to make our own beds 🛏️![]()

After a tasty lunch we split into two groups - one group went on an adventure walk in Tollymore whilst the other group stayed on site and did some wall climbing and archery 🧗🏹 Tomorrow afternoon we will swap the activity groups around! ![]()

It was time for some chill time and dinner before heading out for the night line 🌚😄 Here we had to navigate through the forest with some members of our team blind folded 🫣 we do have to say however… we got very mucky! ![]()

It was an action packed day with everyone ready for a good night’s rest 🥱😴
To finish off their topic of ‘The Victorians’ the P7 class made suspension bridges out of recycled junk materials as part of a STEM challenge 🌉🚗🗻![]()

They worked together in teams and then we tested the bridges to see if they could hold some items 😄 ![]()

It was great fun and they learnt a lot about working as a team to achieve a goal!
